The Freebord Rider Awards is a must-attend event that celebrates exceptional talents and performances in the world of freebord. This year, we are pleased to present a jury made up of iconic riders, each bringing their expertise and passion for the sport. Here’s a glimpse of the jury members:

Corey Lucero

Corey Lucero is a former pro rider and the winner of the 2009 Standout award. Known for his unique style and creativity on the board, Corey has distinguished himself through his performances in videos. With years of experience under his belt, Corey is a valuable asset to the jury.

Justin Oliver

Justin Oliver was named Rider of the Year in 2009, recognizing his exceptional talent and impeccable technique. His innovative approach to freebord and inspiring journey make him a key player on the jury. Justin focuses on encouraging new riders and emphasizes the importance of balance and confidence.

Roberto Lopez

Roberto Lopez, a former pro rider, is known for his insane skills in freestyle and skatepark riding. With his experience, he will have a keen eye for spotting complete riders who push the limits of their creativity and technique.

Caleb Casey

Caleb Casey is a former pro rider recognized for his impressive tricks, particularly his super backflips. He made a name for himself at the last Lausanne Slope Style in 2017, where he landed a backflip and a rodeo. As a jury member, Caleb will provide a unique perspective on creativity and rider engagement, emphasizing the importance of having fun while progressing.

Jon Ehm

Jon Ehm is a top rider from the CHoE (Crazy Hills of Europe) crew, celebrated for his smooth style and contributions to the community. With a rich career of experiences, Jon will appreciate performances that stand out for their originality and technique. His presence in the jury brings invaluable legitimacy and expertise.

Chloé Debluze

Chloé Debluze, crowned Rider of the Year in 2010, is known for her ability to ride the mega ramp, where she successfully executed an enormous 360 backside grab. Her dynamic style and passion for the sport make her an essential jury member. Chloé focuses on encouraging diversity in freebord and values the importance of supporting riders from all backgrounds.

HOW TO ENTER 🔥

Step 1: Film your best riding and start editing your video right now! ⏳
Step 2: Upload your video to YouTube with the title format: FREEBORD “CATEGORY” 2024 – Your Video Name.
Step 3: Use the hashtags #freebord, #snowboardthestreets, #FRA2024 in the description.
Step 4: Email your video link to [email protected] by November 29th, 11:59 PM CET. Make sure to include your name and contact info!

Remember, you can submit as many videos as you want, but only one will make it to the Top 10. The judging panel will be looking for the best riding skills, creativity, and overall video quality. Keep your video under 2 minutes and ready to impress!
