“Dear Freebord, Here’s my video. I’d like to know what I need to improve on in order to eventually get on the team. Thanks for the feedback.”
Don’t:
Write to Freebord asking for a sponsorship when you’ve never ridden a Freebord and the only thing you rip on is a unicycle:
“…And I was very intrigued by your product and I was hoping I could get a sponsor. Because of lack of knowledge in this area about the freebord, I was hoping to advertise this and get my friends involved. And me being known for Unicycle and drumming in the town I could advertise at different shows and what not.”
