3 Reasons You Need Our New Center Wheel

Boro– The Best Center Wheel We’ve Ever Made

After countless hours in the Freebord Lab, our R&D team have created a brand new center wheel that lets you shred longer, harder, and with more control than ever before.

The Boro gets its name from the ancient Greek symbol of a serpent/snake eating its own tail called “Ouroboros” which according to the wiki symbolizes “self-reflexivity or cyclicality, especially in the sense of something constantly re-creating itself, the eternal return”. Yeah… we didn’t mean all of that, we just thought it looked sick when our boy Matt slapped it on the wheel.

So here’s what’s new:

  1. Urethane – This is the most durable wheel we’ve ever poured.  Consisting of our own proprietary blend that’s rumored to contain a mixture of unicorn tears and Nokia 3310 particles.  This is one seriously tough wheel!
  2. Core – We ditched the old core and opted for a new state of the art design. This baby is made out of glass filled urethane and includes speed vents to help keep your centers nice and cool on those long shred sessions.
  3. Profile – The new profile gives it a larger contact patch (basically more of your center wheel is touching the pavement) and improves grip and control.

The Boro has already been lauded as the Cadillac of center wheels by a few of our early prototype testers, and we know once you slap these babies on your board,  you’ll being saying the same.  Grab your set today.
